EVO is a set of micro-algaewall panels that is modular, inflatable and space-efficient considering the limited space of the Lunar base.

It specifically brings down the material and lifting cost of bringing a farming system to the moon, while still offering the demand of the system required to put in place for a livable moon city with sustainable food and oxygen resources.
EVO helps create a sustainable food source on the moon in a cost-effective manner, allowing for potentially more opportunities to create a liveable environment.

We created a spirulina farming system that is: compact, lightweight, efficient,
visual appel.

We wanted to find the most optimal form for highest algae output. Our product's starting point was to look at the form of nature and anatomy, as well as natural complex surfaces and generative art.

We imagined a product that would feel futuristic while as natural
as possible.
So we were inspired by the intestine and brain as they are compact.

We aim to find the best material to achieve low cost, functionable and following aesthetic results.

Algae module is made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC or Vinyl) which is low cast, flexible & high impact strength. It also has good resistance to UV, acids, alkalis, oils and many corrosive inorganic chemicals.

LCD's display body is made from Aluminium Sheet which is low density, non-toxic, has a high thermal conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance and can be easily cast, machined and formed.
